Returns Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We want you to be happy with your purchase, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please notify us by email to [email protected] within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return an item to us, stating the reason for return. We will then send you instructions on how to return your item to us. Providing the item is returned to us within 7 working days of date of notification of return to us and they are returned to us new and unused, in their original condition and are carefully and appropriately packaged (please include a copy of the invoice), a full refund for the cost of the goods only will be made within 21 working days. Please note that we do not refund postage costs on unwanted goods and if the item has been sent to you free of postage, then we will deduct the cost of the original postage. 

Return postage costs will be paid by you.  Please do obtain and retain proof of postage as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that the cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility. This Returns & Refunds policy in no way affects your consumer statutory rights.

Please note that we are unable to accept the return or exchange of earrings, for hygiene reasons, opened CD’s or books with obvious signs of use. 

DAMAGED, FAULTY ITEMS:

Please notify us immediately or within 24 hours if your item arrives damaged or faulty.  If damage has occurred during transit, please take photos of the package and its contents and forward to us by email to [email protected] immediately or within 24 hours.  If an item is faulty and is not due to misuse, reasonable wear and tear and has been used in accordance with our advice and/or the manufacturer’s recommendations, we will offer a replacement, if at all possible, or a full refund including the original and return postage costs.
