Hello and welcome to Crystal Cabin’s Terms of Service page. Please do read them before placing your order, as by using our website and/or placing an order on our website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service – thank you.
This website is operated by Crystal Cabin and throughout the site the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Crystal Cabin. We do recommend that you read these Terms, as by placing an order with us confirms that you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
After checking out you will receive an email confirming your purchase as well as the payment and delivery information. If, for any reason, you do not receive this email within twelve hours then please do get in touch with us via the Contact Form or email [email protected]

PRICES & PAYMENT:
All prices on Crystal Cabin’s website are in GBP Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We accept payments by major credit or debit cards through Stripe. At present, we only accept orders on our website from the UK.

Although our website should automatically show if an item is out of stock, if this system should fail and not update, we will notify you as soon as we possibly can.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
DELIVERY & DESPATCH OF ORDERS:
Delivery charges will be added to your order and clearly shown in the shopping basket for deliveries to the UK. Delivery charges are not included in the price of the product displayed in our shop. However, orders meeting the free delivery status will not be charged for delivery.
Current Delivery Charges: We offer free delivery on orders £45.00 and over (excluding P&P) and for orders below £45.00 (excluding P&P) our delivery charges are £3.50.
We mainly use Royal Mail 2nd Class post for small packages (tracked or untracked) but if you need your crystals urgently please do get in touch before placing your order. A signature may sometimes be required. We aim to despatch orders within 2-3 working days from receipt of cleared payments. Orders are despatched on a Monday to Friday, excluding (UK) Bank Holidays. If there are any delays in despatching your order this will either (a) be clearly displayed before checkout on our website or (b) you will be notified as soon as possible.
In the rare event that your package does not arrive within the above specified times, please let us know and we will look into it with the service provider.
OUR PRODUCTS:
As crystal products are of a natural origin and not manufactured they will, therefore, vary in size, weight, colour, quality, shape and markings as each one is truly unique. We do our best to display them in an open and honest way and do welcome your enquiries. We are always happy to send you extra photos or even a video of a piece you may be interested in.
Where we are selling and displaying a photo of a one off piece, we will state that ‘this is the one you will receive’ in the description. All measurements and weights provided are approximate, although we always try to describe our products as accurately as possible.
All other items (not stated as ‘this is the one you will receive’) will be picked for you and will not necessarily be the ones shown in the photo, as the photos of these products are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot, therefore, guarantee to provide a particular shape, colour, quality, size or weight of these products. Please also be aware that the colours viewed on screen may differ slightly in shade to the actual product, due to different settings on different screens and monitors.
Nickel Jewellery:
Should you have a nickel allergy, please ensure you read the product description carefully. Whilst we may sell ‘Nickel free’ products, as we do not manufacture these products ourselves we cannot, unfortunately, guarantee that any of our silver or silver plated jewellery is actually ‘Nickel free’ or ‘hypoallergenic’. Alternatively, it is possible that you can obtain pure Nickel free jewellery from a specialist supplier.
The descriptions, meanings and properties of crystals are provided for interest and general information only and as a guide, and should not be considered as a substitute for traditional medicine or advice. Always consult your GP or healthcare provider if you have any worrying symptoms. The information, descriptions and guides that we provide on our website are taken from our own experiences and from research, articles, publications and books on this subject.
Crystals and stones offer an alternative approach to assist with healing. Although crystals may offer support to your healing, where a stone or crystal is said to have certain healing properties, it does not necessarily mean that you will benefit nor experience these. As with traditional medicine, everyone can respond in different ways, therefore, we cannot guarantee nor be responsible as to the effectiveness or results from crystals or stones that are purchased from our website.
Crystal Cabin would also like to add that any information you may receive, whether in writing, orally or electronically relating to crystals, stones or any such item purchased from our website, should be received and understood in the above context. We will also deem that any purchases from our website are made of your own freedom of choice.
We cannot accept any liability for inconvenience or loss whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Under UK law you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after the day the goods were received, with the exception of earrings and pre-ordered items supplied to a specific specification. If you do decide to cancel you should notify us of your intention by email or letter. The goods must be returned to us unopened and unused and in their original packaging and at your own expense. Providing the goods are returned in accordance with these terms, we will issue a full refund (less our original postage cost) within 14 working days of receipt of the returned goods. Please note: In the interests of hygiene, we cannot issue refunds on the return of earrings. This exclusion of returnable goods is covered under the Consumer Contract Regulations.
All photographs, descriptions, information/guide sheets, logos found on our website belong to Crystal Cabin and may not be copied, reproduced, duplicated or used without the written permission of Crystal Cabin.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more-timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
